Noise from neighbors is minimal and very responsive super. We had a problem with our sink and it was fixed the next day.
Cons:
There is no control over the heat, so in the winter we were slightly cold because we had to wait for the super to activate the system. As for the summers, if your unit doesn’t have air conditioning in the bedrooms would recommend buying a fan at the start of the summer because nyc can get slightly humid
