    Cheap rent and okey location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Never had any complaints from neighbors.
    Cons:
    So loud from the streets, with hospitals nearby.
    Bad water pressure. Seen a few mice.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the mice problem asap
