    Lots of space

    Great value for the space you get. It really is a nice apartment
    Cons:
    We had problems with the water heater and the occasional mouse.

    two full bathrooms
    close to trains
    lots of square footage for the price
    Cons:
    Huge homeless population outside
    Poor heat retention
    poor heating system
    outdated/old fixtures
    Advice to owner:
    Double paned windows and/or a better heating system for the building.
