Loved my unit, but hated the building

Pros:
Right in the middle of HK. Close to many trains & a lively neighborhood. My unit was also renovated therefore I had newer appliances. Heat was good.
Cons:
Building was dirty and rarely cleaned. The front doors to building were always broken & homeless crackheads would come inside to sleep in the hallway. The basement was dirty and filled with pests. One time a homeless man pooped in the laundry room sink. The washer/dryer would often break & be out of order. I had a 2-year leak in my bathroom. Occasional roaches (not many, I could manage) but still..
Advice to owner:
Clean the building more please

Do NOT RENT FROM BRUSCO MANAGEMENT!!!

Pros:
The constant heat is probably the only perk.
Cons:
They do not clean up the building, Pest control does not come monthly as they state. The super doesn't pick up his phone nor fix anything. Management will repair things when they deem it fit... I've been in this unit for about 3 years and they're yet to replace my stove, the oven doesn't work. We also have a camera in the entrance and it doesn't work!!! so packages do get stolen. They don't maintain the laundry room. They don't have a work email so they're isn't a paper trail. They're legit shitty people all they care about is collecting a check.
Advice to owner:
Care about your renters, they LIVE here so it's suppose to be our sanctuary so maintain it. I understand that some people don't care but for those who do care and maintain it put in the work to give them peace of mind.
