A great place if you can afford it!

Pros

Very clean and quiet, good neighbors, no pests, buzzer system has video, super is really nice

Cons

management can be slow at responding, occasional build-up of trash in courtyard, buzzer system sometimes glitchy, had a package stolen once (only once though). Very high rent prices for the tiny rooms
