    Pros:
    Everything. At this price range you hear so many horror stories but it’s been very pleasant living here. Sometimes repairs take a bit but they rarely are ever needed. Once or twice in 3 years.
    Cons:
    Really no complaints
    Advice to owner:
    Raise the rent in smaller increments please lol
