    Too many stairs and too much rent

    Pros:
    Quiet, safe, no pests
    Cons:
    Rent is way too high for size of units, heat was never fixed when it broke, stairs are unbearable. Owner and his 2 adult kids live in first floor units of the 3 brownstones, charge an arm and a leg to supplement their own living
    Advice to owner:
    Lower your rent and humble yourself
