Quiet, clean, hidden gem

Pros:
Incredibly clean, live in super cleans shared spaces at least 1x per day. Good heat and water pressure, though electric can get expensive in the summer. Surprisingly quiet street for the location. Very reasonable rent increases over years I was there (2022-25)
Cons:
ABRO management can be slow to reply / difficult to get on the phone. Not a particularly organized management co, we never got a countersigned lease back from them and had to ask. But overall it’s fine as live in super handles all repairs promptly
