Buyers Beware in Central Harlem

Pros:
It was an affordable opportunity to buy shares into a coop in the city.
Cons:
The people are so uneducated, rude and ghetto.
Dangerous neighborhood. Management is extremely corrupt.

inconsistent water issues for the past four years

good neighbors, concerned about one another, maintenance staff hard working and courteous.
Cons:
Management issues with billing. Over billing, correcting billing issues. Financial records mishandleing and unavailable records for shareholders dating back to the beginning of housing.
Advice to owner:
Financial records corrections and correcting billing issues.
