Pros:
The building has a lot of renters that have been there for a long time. They aren’t much of a bother. The porter cleans the entry often and the super is very responsive
Cons:
Lots of roaches. The heating of the water is dangerous as it randomly turns hot and can potentially burn you or children. The management does not fix major issues and will hide from tenants.
