Tallest buildings in all of northern Manhattan, great views, balconies, all utilities included.
Neighborhood a bit loud, porters/management like to hog one of the three elevators during the day (or just keep it switched off to save electricity) which means only 2 are available for all the rest of everybody until they decided they are “done” with needing to completely bogart the one elevator all day- this includes frequent deliveries and packages which all must share the two available elevators
They wouldn’t listen if they were told they had to.
The building felt very safe, as it was primarily Hispanic family atmosphere.
There were often out of service water days. Several times a month
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
Missing or non-compliant with administrative information orders or filings
