    Excellently managed co-op in Tudor City

    Super friendly staff
    Common areas and elevators clean and tidy
    Laundry in building generally good
    Amazing area. Super peaceful
    Cons:
    I have seen some bugs around.
    Portable AC units are necessary from May to Sept
