Absolutely Love Living Here!

Pros:
- only six units so it’s a small building and most of the neighbors are really friendly and long-term
- staff is great at tackling the trash. it’s never full for more than a day or two
- never had a package stolen in the year i’ve lived here
- property management is SO friendly and helpful! my tub water diverted wasn’t working and they had a plumber to my apartment within a day or two.
- I did have an issue with old AC units leaking water but my renters insurance partially covered damages and the owners were willing to work with me on the cost of my insurance deductible. it took a while to get AC again (a month during the summer) but it wasn’t the staff’s fault, but rather the vendor so no complaints and I haven’t had an issues after that!
Cons:
- calling system at the front door is kinda old so you have to be home to get packages.
- no roof access
- outdated apartments (but everything functions perfectly!!)
- heat doesn’t get hot enough if it’s below freezing but it’s perfect if it’s above 30!
- cannot pay rent online, only by an old fashion check.
Advice to owner:
Really love the building and the staff!
