Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Clean, quiet and well managed

Pros

The building and facilities were always clean and quiet. The super and porters who worked there were always prompt in addressing issues (I didn't have many in the year I was there). Trash and recycling was disposed of properly and the porters were super helpful in getting rid of large or odd-sized rubbish.

Cons

All packages are delivered to the super's office, and must be retrieved by the tenant only during certain business hours, excluding workers' lunch and breaks. This was intended to be an amenity to ensure package security, however it was inconvenient to have to work my schedule around the odd hours and sometimes caused long lines of tenants waiting to get their packages.
