good cheap place in UES that was great for 3 years very quiet, beautiful tree lining gym and laundry included in building great space for a good price
given location people want to walk their dogs a lot here minor pest problem (once every 3 months) but I lived near the chutes and they offer a biweekly free pest control problem that solved this, didnt see any after that
