    Good location for everything. Clean enough and super is mostly responsive
    Cons:
    Very loud on street side of Columbus - a lot of shops so there’s garbage trucks every single night. 3-4am

    Small building, good neighborhood, laundry in building

    Elevator breaking down, common areas dirty, some loud neighbors

    Loved our apartment

    Pros:
    The apartment had a great layout, large windows, high ceilings. It was great having an elevator and laundry in building. It was clean, quiet, and neighbors were friendly.
    Cons:
    Elevator broke down fairly often. The super wasn’t great with text, but responded better with phone calls.
