Management does not enforce rules

Pros:
Building is generally clean, staff are polite and helpful.
Cons:
Management has not/will not enforce the no-smoking rules in this building. The common areas on my floor CONSTANTLY (I’m talking every single day) reek of marijuana and many many residents have complained, yet they continue to do nothing.
Advice to owner:
Charge significantly less rent or throw out the druggies

Pros:
Great view on 21st floor. Corner view with Hudson River. Heating and ac work perfectly. If anything is not working in ur apt, tell the front desk. They’ll fix for u for free.
Cons:
Some minerals in tap. If u do not clean for a while, your sink becomes a little bit red.

Nice place in the UWS

Roof deck is beautiful, great subway access (1,2,3,A,C,E), maintenance and front desk staff are friendly and responsive
Cons:
Need to pay separately for the gym, moving in can be somewhat of a pain since there is no loading dock

The staff in the building is second to none. They are very nice and very responsive. Seems like they can’t do enough for you.

I wish there was a pool and maybe 2 laundry rooms per floor.

Solid place with great staff

The place is clean, the staff is amazing, and they are fast to respond to service requests
Cons:
It is expensive with little room for families
Advice to owner:
Give Orlando a bonus!

Great in-building staff (doormen and super included); well maintained; good appliances and beautiful units
Cons:
Ownership takes forever to get back to you and they are unwilling to provide any monetary reprieve for issues with the unit / building
