Housing Review from experience
Pros
The location is good for a local area. The living rooms are a very decent size for a projects. Two bedrooms ( master & regular size) Three closets in the hallways.
Cons
The heat is never on even on the coldest day. Elevators are most of the time out so try not to be on a high floor or elderly when there is two elevators. The water turns off with no paper warnings at all especially on weekdays. No hold or cold water. Tenant tickets take months to be resolved.
Advice to the owners
Have more curtesy to tenants in need.
