Pros:
Love John & Jimmy. I've never seen a bug in the apartment and they are constantly working on upgrades and upkeep with the hallways/stairs too.
Cons:
Packages have gotten stolen from the entrance but that's not at the fault of the building at all
Advice to owner:
Maybe creating a lock box under the stairs for packages
