Building needs to be torn down!

Pros:
Laundry on main floor
Cons:
Constant mice, building door is typically forceable open, packages are stolen, & water quality is diminished because pipes need to be rechanged
Advice to owner:
Hire better staff to properly run such a large building in East Harlem.
