    106 8th avenue below average experience
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Relatively empty building so not many issues with neighbors and double door access which helped you to feel safe in the building. Great subway access, but definitely contributes to the pest issue.
    Cons:
    garbage maintenance is atrocious, it is infested with rats and mice. We had cockroaches and required exterminator to come multiple times, but it never fully fixed the issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Put the trash outside of the building.

    Pros:
    Fob entryway and proximity to subway are definitely the highlights
    Cons:
    Management is very unresponsive and units are small
