Pros

Relatively empty building so not many issues with neighbors and double door access which helped you to feel safe in the building. Great subway access, but definitely contributes to the pest issue.

Cons

garbage maintenance is atrocious, it is infested with rats and mice. We had cockroaches and required exterminator to come multiple times, but it never fully fixed the issue.

Advice to the owners

Put the trash outside of the building.
