The location is great and you feel pretty safe walking home at night. The new units in the building are fairly well renovated and feel pretty clean.
Cons:
The hallways and stairs are pretty poorly kept and dirty. Packages get stolen constantly - at least 50% of the time and management does nothing about it. A lot of the bedrooms face the next door buildings and get little to no natural light. The free laundry service is pretty unreliable and inconvenient.
