Fine units, horrendous management, unsafe/unsecure entryway

Pros:
The area is great The unit I am in is newly refurbished
Cons:
The front door locks are constantly broken allowing for anyone to walk in the building at anytime. Packages stolen constantly. Dangerous Management does not respond to you!!!! Superintendent is awful Stairwell is disgusting, it hasn’t been cleaned or painted in years Rent is exorbitant compared to similar units/buildings
Advice to owner:
Answer your tenants. Clean up the hallways and get a lock that actually works to protect the people you charge so much to live here.
