Pros

Location is great for commute, apt layout is functional and spacious

Cons

While great for commute, location is on the border of theater district and full of tourists Older but well functioning appliances and furnishings. Water pressure could be better in shower, but not a major issue

It’s fine, but is getting worse

Pros

Thoughtful layout for a 1 bedroom with a large kitchen and bathroom. Real hardwood floors. Virtual doorman.

Cons

Windows are not well insulated. Some units have better upgrades than other. Super and building management are not super responsive. Common areas used to be clean weekly, but now it’s lucky to be once-a-month. No amenities in the building.

Don’t overburden the superintendent and don’t overcharge your tenants.
