    Location is solid
    Cons:
    Impossible to contact management
    even when there was a fire and 911 had been called, and part of the hallway was charred

    Our unit was recently renovated

    They have roach extermination once a month

    Our dryer didn’t work on move in and they didn’t fix until we threatened to not pay rent
