Even when the front door got stuck and no one could leave, there was no one to contact. A delivery guy was stuck in our building for several hours, panicking, and eventually we all called the fire department to break down the door. Then the door was just open/broken for a long time. There is one email address but it’s a 2-3 week wait for a response.
