Lots of pests

Pros:
Apartments are big and they get a lot of natural light
Cons:
Poor pest control: lots of roaches, poor management of the building (there are wholes in the walls, the floor is pasted with tape), and the roof is in poor shape (lots of leaks). The super has brought up that the roof needs to be fixed asap but landlord is not doing anything about it. Whatever kind of pest… you got it here.. don’t be surprised to come home to a rat chilling in your living room
