    Well maintained art deco building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - caring staff that do a great job of keeping the building looking pristine
    - beautiful lobby, courtyards, roof decks
    - spacious apartments
    - very on-top of maintenance
    Cons:
    - expect to occasionally hear neighbors on sides, and above/below
    - no freight elevator means you may not be able to get large furniture up to apartment
