Good location, but rats in courtyard, super is never responsive

Pros:
Hallway and stairs are well maintained. They fixed the lights in the lobby and installed new garbage bins. Location is hard to beat. South facing for front units and tree lined street.
Cons:
5-10 rats always in the courtyard, where garbage bins are.
Super never shows up for maintenance requests.
