    Thin wall between units but no bugs

    Pros:
    No bugs generally, location!
    Cons:
    Noise transfer at bedroom area wall was rough.

    Great place if you love night life

    Pros:
    Heat and water pressure are consistent, very bright, very big for the neighborhood.
    Cons:
    Communication with landlord is not always great, can be very loud outside at night (it’s the east village)
    Advice to owner:
    Please get a digital way to pay rent
