Management typically responsive, though there have been some instances where it's tougher to get request fufilled. Beautiful amenities to enjoy in Stuytown . Apartment is recently rennovated and appliances all work great.
It is very annoying to live next to the pickleball court as you will hear the dinking of the ball all day nearly everyday. Need to keep fan on continuously (even when already cold) to drown it out because it will drive you crazy otherwise.
Part of the stuytown community. Good security and management, no bugs/pests, AC provided, large rooms.
Walls are a bit thin.
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
Missing or non-compliant with administrative information orders or filings
