laundry machines broken sometimes or don't work that well, trash situation is okay, have had roaches one time, but management was good with pest control and never had another problem

Pros
Building is old but well maintained, although service requests via email and phone can take a while sometimes to get an appointment, they are far better than average and very responsive with most fixes at no cost (e.g. broken curtains). Heating is good, no messing around in terms of not being on at the right times. Good property team - in terms of garbage and recycling and keeping shared spaces clean. Well maintained and clean and safe and pretty community area, with coffee shop/little bar. Security keeps things very safe.
Cons
Nothing major - maybe if maintenance requests could have quicker appointments but no problems over the year here.
