Love living here

Pros

The building is well taken care of. I've NEVER seen a rodent or roach in all my 5 years of living there. I feel very safe living here as a single female.

Cons

I don't love that we can't control the heat. Sometimes it gets super chilly and there's nothing you can do about it. The walls are VERY thin.
