Cheap, large units, utilities all included, friendly neighbors, nice parks/atmosphere
Have had our kitchen pipe back up every 6 months like clockwork and flood our kitchen. Nothing can be done given we are ground floor is what maintenance said. Have had other issues like lock breaking on bathroom door (couldn’t get out) and had to call NYPD. Smaller issues: A tad dated apartments Keycard instead of key fob (can replace it) Can be low to no light depending on floor given the buildings are tall and on top of eachother
- neighborhood vibe - greenery - in building laundry
- water heat hard to adjust
