Lots of Space — decent rent and location

Located in an easily accessible part of Stuytown. Never had any major security incidents. Only dealt with 4-5 roaches in three years of living there.

Maintenance requests can take a while since they are so backed up

stuytown is a great place to be where every apartment is thought out well for your NEEDS (not necessarily your wants)

Cons

had an issue with maintenance that was pretty severe and felt like i had a seperate full time job trying to resolve the issues
