    Pros:
    First apartment in NYC, I liked how utilities was factored into rent. I only had to pay for AC and wifi. Overall, the building was clean and packages were delivered directly to our door which was nice. Key card system for the building too was nice. Never had any issues with mice or cockroaches.
    Cons:
    Maintenance was sometimes difficult. I think if you were within your first 30 days of moving-in they came to help you ASAP but after 30 days there was a long line. Luckily, we never had any issues other than when we first moved in.
    Advice to owner:
    Please fix maintenance
