    Pros:
    This building was secure, largely clean, pretty spacious, and we were kept very informed of work happening
    Cons:
    The trash chutes are strangely small, the walls are very thin, if you get locked out the time to getting let in varies widely and resident services is often either unresponsive or just unhelpful

    - major cockroach issues which went on for months despite 10+ exterminator visits
    Advice to owner:
    Do a better job pre-emptively inspecting and mitigating potential pest issues
