Decent but was better a few years ago
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great super, convenient area, pretty spacious. Lobby is nice
Cons:
1 elevator and is very slow. Has broken down a few times this year and left residents in a tough spot. Even when it is working waiting for the elevator can take 5 minutes which is pretty absurd. Outdated appliances and buzzer system. Not the safest, have had several homeless people wandering the building. Apartments starting to show some wear. Lot of college students in the building and can get pretty noisy. Had a mouse, leasing company didn't really care or action quickly. Bettina also can be pretty tough to deal with
Advice to owner:
Either upgrade building's needs to make this a true luxury building or lower the price point
