Small nice Building
Pros
Nice neighbors, good neighborhood. Cute Bldg. fireplace is wood burning!
Cons
Heat is an issue. Several tenant complaints logged with the city. The heat is controlled by landlord, who is never in the bldg and often out of country. All the tenants have had to repeatedly request heat be turned higher. Many electric heaters in this very old building to stay warm. Owner response is slow, and not effective. Building is always cold. Also noise in this area is loud. Construction and evening activity.
Advice to the owners
Come up with a solution for heat so your tenants aren’t cold.
