Great building but a BIG building

Great for what it is, nice apartment near the subway and in a great area, decently priced compared to others
Cons:
Elevators take forever, too many people and too many floors for just two. Building could use some updates.

Normandie Court is great on paper. Nice kitchens, good location, building amenities.

All of the amenities cost extra and the gym facilities were old and not worth it. The elevators were constantly breaking down. The walls were paper thin and facing 96th street near the hospital was terrible. They kept raising our rent ($600+ in one year) with no upgrades or changes. Not worth it!
