Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 215 East 95 Street in Manhattan highlight a building with friendly staff, spacious units, great amenities, and safety as positives. However, ongoing construction noise, management's focus on profit over tenants, slow elevators, poor water pressure, and disruptive noise levels are consistent concerns. The management's lack of responsiveness to issues, high rent increases, and unmet promises regarding amenities and construction timelines have led to residents feeling dissatisfied. Despite some positives, potential renters should consider these drawbacks before choosing to live in this building.

Former Tenant
Pros:
literally nothing. except the one of the 5 million minimum wage paid doormen who fist bumps me whenever i come home
Cons:
elevator broken once a week AC constantly not working hot water turned off once a week water pressure terrible ogden cap is the greediest and slimiest property management in nyc
Advice to owner:
sell the building to a management company that actually cares about its tenants. you've made it painfully clear that profit comes before people. maybe it’s time to let someone else try who hasn’t given up on doing the bare minimum.
