Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts

There is a lease renewal fee every year - $250 or $500 (don't remember exactly). The terrace isn't crazy busy but you do need to access it through the Health Club, so hours are limited to when the Health Club is open and it is a $5 fee for any guest ($5 gets the guest access to both the Health Club and the terrace)
