What does a typical rent increase look like?
Ours went up $400 from 2021 to 2022, then another $500 2022 to 2022 (we moved rather than pay that last increase!). We had a 1-bedroom T line on the 25th floor. Hope that helps!

Most people in our building chat are facing 10% while they already pay top dollar for this POS building run by incompetent, mostly non English speaking menaces. You’d be best avoiding it all together. The Management and owners are horrifying

Streamlined management and a great community to be a part of. Next to beautiful Hudson River views.
Older building. Not the best quality.
The location on the Hudson has the feel of living in a resort. Close to the the 2, R and 4/5 subway lines. Many dining and shopping options close by. The building staff and on site management staff are very nice and care about the residents. The common area is nicely maintained.
The complex is advertised as luxury and it is A minus at best. Quiet inside and out except if you face the courtyard when the Sanitation trucks are there at 7am and when a forklift operator allows the machine to beep in reverse incessantly at 3am. At lease renewal the rent is increased to whatever the market will bear; NON negotiable. Expect 15% to 30% year after year.
No use, as any advice will fall on deaf ears.

Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
