Good Apt low amentities

Pros

Our unit is newly renovated 1 bedroom. Nice appliances and new flooring. Neighbors are very nice. Never had issues with bugs or rodents.

Cons

The street is loud. It is overpriced for what you get. The stairs could be redone. The boiler can sometimes have issues but is addressed promptly.

Amazing neighbors!!! Top tier. Garden area, safe building, good area.

Cons

Building would get cleaned once every couple months maybe, landlords and supers rarely ever respond and are mostly unhelpful when they do. Upon moving into apartment they fixed nothing, broken pipes, holes in the walls, moldy shower curtain. Etc
