    Slum lord

    Pros:
    The area and the building it’s self is quiet.
    Cons:
    The landlord expects full rent and we haven’t had hot water, heat, or gas since June 2021.
    Very rude people. No compromising.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being inhumane.
