Apartment flooded 2x

Pros

It was okay, great location, easy enough garbage, easy keypad and getting in and out

Cons

We had the ceiling fall in both bathrooms. The first one was a relatively quick fix and we still had a second bathroom. The second time our apartment flooded and the management company (Metronest) was HORRIFIC. We went 3 days with little to no response (even when going to their main office were told there was nothing they could do). until finally my roommates lawyer uncle got involved to get literally any help.

Advice to the owners

Be available, we did not even have a number for a super.
