First apartment in the city
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location in the east village 5th floor walk up kept me in good shape Amazing and kind super, Lynn. Was very responsive and kept the building as clean as possible
Cons:
Quite a few roaches and 2 mice in my 3 years, 1-2 other units on the other side of the building had rat issues Because it’s off a major avenue could be loud at times at night but it’s New York (never bothered me)
Advice to owner:
Try to respond to urgent requests as timely as possible.
