    Pros:
    Clean, apartment was good sq footage for NYC, electric bill perk
    Cons:
    Porter wasn’t good at all! Annoying tenants with rent stabilized apartments that need to get with the times
    Advice to owner:
    Either hold tenants accountable to rules or don’t have the rules
