Clean Apartments, No Pests

Pros

- No pests - Doormen and Maintenance are reasonably responsive - Renovated units

Cons

- Not really a luxury building - Hallways and elevators are disgusting and almost never cleaned - The location is inconvenient, other than the M34 bus that can take you to penn station, other than that its several avenues from the subway or other buses
