    Transient, Critter Plagued, Prime Location.

    Pros:
    Great location. A few kind long-term neighbors with rent control.
    Cons:
    Mice and Roaches. A lot. Issues with gas, hot water, and heat. Noisy. Transient residents. Always changing.
    Advice to owner:
    Respond to tenant issues. Review heat and hot water complaints. Value tenants to encourage longer term stays rather than flipping for rent increases constantly.

    Location Lots of natural light, heating and water pressure are good
    Cons:
    Roaches, pest control offered is ineffective
