Under new management, worse now
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve lived here since I was a young girl. I’m happy to see some of the same people I’ve grown up with. The apartments are pretty decently sized, but the new management really stinks, and I haven’t been happy here in a long time.
Cons:
New management is terrible. Worse than the previous one. I’ve had many problems in the bathroom, poor water temperature and a leak that wasn’t repaired probably for more than 3 years. They shut down our terraces for a big capital management project and it’s been difficult to receive proper communication about the work and how long it will take to complete the job. It’s been 2 years already. Covid didn’t help, but when you try to contact the contractors, people don’t get back to you. The neighborhood just isn’t great anymore either. Too many drugs and violence incidents.
Advice to owner:
Find new management, a functioning organization to get things in order here. It’s one big giant mess.
